Would recommend walking since it’s so close to everyone in the Short North / Convention Center area but you can take a super quick Uber/Lyft for getting around the Columbus area! You’re that close to everything 🙂

This home offers 1 street off street spot for 1 vehicle only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $15 per additional vehicle per night!

✍🏻 A $300 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 5-7 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation

The home is on the top floor of a quadruplex located entirely on the second floor so there is a flight of steps once you enter through the front door. The home is a part of a quadruplex, each completely separate & private, but bear in mind they do share a wall for possible neighbor noise.. we have white noise machines & fans to help for light sleepers!

The home is located literally a few steps from Short North Downtown Columbus

Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!

House Rules

✅ Breaking any of the house rules above and below will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these house rules.

🌿 Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason.. They are very sensitive, and we want them to stay healthy for all to enjoy!

🎶 No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels)

🎉No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed (exterior video surveillance located outside may be used to monitor activity)

🚭No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (we do allow smoking outside the home only) -vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home If any smoking discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation; (Note: A $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee)

👨🏻👩🏻No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. We can kindly modify the reservation if plans change and more guests are needed but we reserve the right to cancel this reservation with no refund if this rule is broken as well a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night (Note: A $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the Extra Guests House Rules Violation fee.)

🐶Pets (ALL PETS) are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), Please notify us prior to booking as host approval is required.

📷No photography or any commercial use on the premises without written permission from the host

🛋️ Furniture is not to be rearranged

📸Tampering with exterior surveillance (External camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge

⏰ Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.

Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage; any unreported damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
